Peeled onions cut into slices 1 cm thick. Melt the butter in a pan, add the honey and sauté the onion slices in it. Pour in white wine, cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Add salt, stir in the crème fraîche and toss everything well. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped thyme and parsley.
