Wash the fresh strawberries, remove the small leaves and cut into small pieces. Mix with 15 g of powdered sugar and set aside.

For the cream, whip the cream with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff and set aside.

Then in a new bowl, mix the mascarpone, sour cream and curd with a mixer until smooth. Then season with 30 g powdered sugar, a little lemon juice and vanilla sugar and fold in the whipped cream.

Dip the biscuits briefly in milk with rum (or without, if you want it to be alcohol-free), and place them in the bottom of the dessert bowls. Then layer the strawberries on top and then the cream.

Then dipped biscotti again, and so on until the bowls are full! The last layer should be the cream.

As decoration for the tiramisu, cut a biscuit in half and put it in the cream and add a few more strawberries on top.

Preparation Tip:

The strawberry tiramisu can either be served immediately or put in the fridge for a few hours. The fresher the strawberries are, the better it tastes. If you like, you can sprinkle a few chocolate flakes as decoration, chocolate sauce also fits.
