Stir the yeast with a little warm water until it begins to foam and is completely dissolved.

Put the flour and salt in a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and 125 g of the melted butter. First mix the yeast and butter, then add everything together with flour and knead lightly. gradually add enough water to form a firm dough.

Dough on a surface form and knead in about 10 minutes until smooth and supple. Form the dough into an oiled baking dish and roll in it. Cover and rise in a warm place for about 30 min until doubled in volume. Or rise in the refrigerator for one night.

Knead the dough briefly one more time and divide into 8 balls. Roll out each ball into a 15 cm circle. Place on a floured baking sheet. Dust with flour and let rise for 20 minutes.

Mix spices with remaining melted butter. Spread each bread with the spiced butter and cover with aluminum foil. Place on middle shelf in oven heated to 220 °C and bake for 5-7 min.

Remove foil, brush breads again with butter and bake for another 5 min.

Remove from oven and wrap in a clean kitchen towel until ready to serve.
