Instructions:

Clean and wash the rhubarb and cut it into pieces about 2 cm long. Place the rhubarb pieces in a saucepan, sprinkle with the sugar and let stand for about 1/2 hour.

Add half of the vanilla sugar, bring the rhubarb to a boil in the covered saucepan, steam until soft and let cool.

Mix the curd with the whipped cream, fold in the vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon juice. Alternate layers of curd and rhubarb in a glass bowl.

Serve the rhubarb and curd dessert.
