Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Clean, rinse and chop the spring onions. Clean rose mushrooms and perhaps cut them in half. Sauté both with a clove of garlic in butter. Pour whipping cream, let it boil. Let the salami melt in it. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cut chives into rolls and sprinkle on top.
Goes well with spiral pasta or possibly tortellini.
