Instructions:

For the pizza cakes, prepare the dough according to the basic pizza dough recipe.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and mix with the olive oil. Set aside. Deseed tomatoes and cut into small cubes, dice dried tomatoes, mozzarella and ham.

Roll out the yeast dough on a floured work surface into a rectangle and cut into 20-24 squares. Top each square with corn, diced tomatoes, mozzarella and ham and sprinkle with chili and herbs.

Fold dough corners over filling and roll into balls. Butter a round or oval baking dish, place the pizza buns in it, spacing them slightly apart, and let them rise for another 25 minutes.

Brush the buns with the garlic-olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the pizza buns in the preheated oven at 190 °C for about 40 minutes until golden brown and serve with the Paradeissauce.
