Instructions:

For the peasant strudel, mix the sour cream with the eggs and sugar. Mix grated apples with sugar and cinnamon. Mix curd cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Divide filo dough into 3 portions and spread sour cream on each portion first, then apples and top with curd.

Carefully roll up and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper with the help of a cloth.

Mix milk with honey and brush the strudel with it. Bake the strudel at 175° for about 50 minutes.
