Instructions:

Peel and dice the onion. Heat 40 g butter in saucepan, add onion and semolina and sauté while stirring. Add vegetable soup, bring to a boil and swell for 15 minutes, then cool.

Stir salt, cheese, egg, pepper into the dough and form small balls.

Heat 40 g butter in a frying pan and fry the balls in it for 3 to 5 min. on each side.

Sauce

Put yogurt and whipped cream in a suitable bowl and stir with a whisk. Remove the peel from the garlic, squeeze it and add it to the sauce form with salt and pepper.

This can be well served with mashed or whipped potatoes.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
