For the Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt, first whisk unchilled QimiQ Classic until smooth. Add the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a terrine or muffin tin and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Cut the frozen mixture into pieces and place in a blender jug. Add strawberries and blend briefly on high speed.
Fill the frozen strawberry yogurt into pretty glasses and garnish.
Preparation Tip:
To garnish the frozen strawberry yogurt, mint leaves and strawberry slices are particularly suitable. Serve with a straw and spoon.
