Instructions:

For the fan-shaped strudel, first prepare the stuffing.

For the Kletzenfülle, simmer the Kletzen with 1/4 l water for about 15 minutes, strain and mince the fruit together with sugar and cinnamon.

For the apple filling, peel and coarsely grate the apples. Mix with the rum raisins, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and cinnamon.

For the curd filling, mix all ingredients well.

For the poppy seed filling, prepare the poppy seed mixture according to the instructions. Butter a baking dish and cut the strudel sheets to fit the shape. Then place 2-3 layers of strudel sheets in the baking dish and brush a little liquid butter between each layer.

Spread the poppy seed filling on the strudel sheets first, then strudel sheets, curd filling, strudel sheets, apple filling, strudel sheets and the cucumber filling. Finish with strudel leaves.

Mix the milk and powdered sugar and brush the last layer of strudel with it. Bake the strudel in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
