For the colorful salmon pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the chopped onion. Then add the chopped vegetables (except the tomatoes) and sauté. Add a little water and simmer briefly.

Now add the peeled tomatoes and bring to the boil again. Season to taste (with basil, salt, pepper, marjoram, bouillon cube….). Now put the vegetables in a bowl and mix in the salmon cut into noodles. Serve the colorful salmon pan with warm white bread! Tastes simply wonderful.
