For the chicken-vegetable allsorts, place the chicken breasts in a large pot and cover with water. Place on the stove top and heat.

Thoroughly clean the potatoes and cut them into coarse pieces with the skin on. Wash and chop the parsley. Add to the pot along with salt and vegetable soup cubes. Simmer for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, wash and coarsely chop the radishes and carrots. Drain and rinse the beans through a sieve.

After the 20 minutes, remove the chicken from the pot, shred and return to the pot. Add the radishes, carrots, peas, spinach and beans and cook for another 20 minutes.

Season the chicken-vegetable allsorts again before serving. Serve with homemade cheese dumplings and a dab of horseradish.
