Instructions:

Bring the oat flakes to the boil in the milk.

Remove stalk and core from pear and cut into small pieces.

Add to the oatmeal with the hemp seeds and brown millet, sweeten as desired (e.g. with additional orange marmalade), simmer a little, stirring frequently.

Then mix in the finely chopped tangerine and heat briefly.
