Instructions:

Thinly brush the rolled out yeast dough with melted light butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Peel apples, cut into wedges, remove core, put in vinegar water to prevent browning. Rub dry, mix with juice of one lemon and sugar. Put on the cake. Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool.

Make stiff pudding as directed (reduced amount of milk!) and cool. Beat butter until creamy, fold in pudding by tablespoonfuls until buttercream is nice and firm.

Spread on top of apple pie. Refrigerate. Top with chocolate frosting: Heat the chocolate in a water bath until it is liquid. Fold in the melted coconut oil as well as the oil, mold onto the buttercream. (Or use ready-made cooking chocolate. )

Baking time: 20-25 min. Temperature: 200 degrees
