For the colorful paradeisertarte roll out the puff pastry on a greased baking sheet and prick several times with a fork. Preheat the oven to 220° Celsius. Mix crème fraîche with herbs, garlic and salt and pepper and spread on the pastry. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place the tomatoes on top – halve or quarter the larger varieties! Bake the colorful tomato tart in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
