Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Sauté the finely chopped shallots in the butter.
Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning. Extinguish with white wine and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and chopped herbs.
Pour the mushrooms through a sieve. Boil the broth a little bit. Add the paprika and the cream, cook again a little bit.
Add the mushrooms, season and bring to the table.
