For the potato spirals, peel the raw potatoes and put a wooden skewer through each one lengthwise. Now cut diagonally around the potato to form a spiral, pull apart a little.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice. Now brush the six spirals generously all around with this mixture. Sprinkle with salt and grill seasoning.
Place on a baking dish (see photo) or on a baking tray and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 50 minutes until the potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
