For the tuna spread, take the tuna out of the can and drain the oil. Then mash the tuna with a fork. Hard boil 2 eggs and cut into cubes.
Cream the curd cheese, butter and flavoring ingredients, add the finely diced onion, chives, tuna and season to taste.
Preparation Tip:
The tuna spread is somewhat lower in fat if you use tuna in brine.
