For the almond-cinnamon doughnuts prepare a dough from flour, butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, grated almonds and cut out slices.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown and let cool. Assemble 2 doughnuts at a time with jam and glaze with chocolate icing.
Sprinkle almond-cinnamon doughnuts with coconut flakes if desired.
