Fry bacon in a deep frying pan and sauté onions until golden brown. Add sausage and brown.
Add mushrooms, zucchini and peppers, pour clear soup and simmer covered for 5-10 minutes.
Fold in crème fraîche and serve sprinkled with parsley.
