Remove the peel from the potatoes and make, bacon and onions cut into cubes in a little oil let out, potatoes squeeze through as for puree, spices add, egg yolk stir with wooden spoon, sprinkle parsley and stir again lightly. Shape the mixture into rolls about 5 cm thick and cool.
