In France, so-called “verrines” are currently in fashion – dessert layered in a glass. This plays with transparency and lightness. If the recipe is still refreshing and appetizing, then you can leave a lasting impression on your guests with this dessert.
White mousse: Boil the milk with the vanilla pod and orange zest and pour on the chopped chocolate – emulsify well. Add the yogurt and finally fold in the whipped cream.
Chutney of apricots: Cook all ingredients in a saucepan until thick, stirring throughout.
First fill the chutney into the jar. Put the biscuits on top and cover everything with the white mousse.
It is best to leave a small rim in the glass and garnish it with a stick of dark chocolate, a candied flower and an orange peel. Makes about 10 glasses.
Tip: The higher the fat content of the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
