For the XXL milk slice, beat eggs and egg yolks with sugar. Mix flour with cocoa powder and baking powder and fold in. Bake at 160 °C (hot air) for approx. 15 minutes.
Whip the cream with cream stiffener. Stir in mascarpone, vanilla sugar and honey. Cut the cooled dough in half, spread with the cream and assemble.
