Rinse the apples, dry them, cut them in half, remove the cores and sprinkle the halves with the juice of one lemon on the spot. Preheat the stove to 180 degrees. Chop the pistachios and the pine nuts, mix them with the marzipan, the egg yolks and the whipped cream until smooth, and add the raisins. Grease an ovenproof dish, put the apples in it, pour the white wine, Marsala and orange liqueur over them and cook in the oven for about a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees. Then pour the marzipan mixture on the apples and bake for another 6 to 8 minutes. Arrange the apples and cover with the sauce.
