For the vinegar sausage, first prepare the dressing. To do this, put the vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Peel and chop the onion, cut the bell pepper into small cubes, cut the sausage in half and divide it between 2 plates.
Slice tomatoes, spread on the sausage, add onion and diced peppers on top, drizzle with the dressing and serve the vinegar sausage.

Due vinegar sausage can also be prepared classically with knacker or extra sausage.
