Instructions:

For the curry spaghetti, cook the noodles al dente according to package directions. In the meantime, cut the meat and peppers into bite-sized, small pieces.

Sauté the meat pieces in hot sesame oil. Lift out and set aside. Sauté the parika cubes as well and add the meat pieces back in and mix well. Add the curry paste and fry a bit as well. Deglaze with soup and coconut milk and simmer gently for about 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Then season with lemon juice, soy sauce, fish sauce and salt and pepper and let it boil down a bit more. Always use a little, taste and season further according to taste.

Strain the finished spaghetti and mix in. Sprinkle the curry spaghetti with freshly chopped coriander before serving.

Preparation Tip:

For the curry spaghetti recipe, you can of course use curry paste of your choice. Also red or green variants.
