Instructions:

Finely dice the onion and garlic clove. Heat oil, sauté onion and garlic in it.

Blanch (scald) tomatoes, peel and remove seeds. Dice flesh, add to onion form and sauté for 3 to 5 min until soft. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Chop kitchen herbs and add to tomato cubes form.

Serve as an appetizer with short roast meat.
