Instructions:

For the shoarma, mix the lamb with the spices and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (overnight is better).

Then heat a pan with a little olive oil. Sear the herbed meat well on all sides. If you like, you can also make some sauce by adding some soup and then ice cold butter (to bind it).

Serve the shoarma with noodles.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't like lamb so much you can also use chicken fillet or pork for the shoarma.
