For the wholemeal bread without yeast, first preheat the oven to 180 °C and place an ovenproof bowl with water in the bottom of the oven. Mix all ingredients together, lastly stir in the kernels. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan and smooth it out. Bake for about 50 minutes.
