For the Prinzregententorte, cream butter with sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix flour, starch flour and baking powder and add to the butter mixture.

Mix on the highest speed for 3 minutes. Bake 3-4 sheets of the dough in the preheated oven and let cool.

For the cream, cream the butter until fluffy, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Spread the cream on the cake plates and assemble them.

Cover with glaze.
