Preheat the oven to 250 °C. Bake the peppers for 20 minutes, then peel, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

Turn the oven down to 200 °C. Rinse chicken and carve into portions, fry in olive oil. Extinguish with tomato juice, add paprika and spices. Cook in the oven for 50 minutes. After 40 minutes add olives cut into slices. Keep the chicken warm, put the sauce in a saucepan and thicken it with cornstarch. Garnish with oregano and serve with fresh white bread.
