For the pizza with spinach and tomatoes, first prepare the pizza dough.

For the topping, peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Sauté in the hot butter. Add defrosted spinach and sauté over low heat for 10 minutes until soft. Add salt. Season with pepper. Skin tomatoes, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut flesh into cubes. Mix half of it with crème fraîche.
