Spread the fries on a baking tray and bake in a heated oven (electric stove: 225° Celsius /

Gas stove: level 4) for 20 to 25 min. until crispy brown. In between, turn once or twice to the other side.

Finely chop the onions. Clean and finely dice the bell bell pepper. Heat fat in a frying pan. Sauté the onions in it. Add the bell pepper, douse with broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Add the gypsy sauce and bring everything to the boil again.

Season the cutlets with salt and pepper and turn them in flour on the other side. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meat in it for 4 to 5 minutes, turning. Serve the cutlets and fries on the plates together with a little bit of paprika sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of crème fraîche on top of the sauce, possibly with tomatoes, lettuce, lemon and parsley!

Preparation Tip:

Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Consciously choose ripe, rich yellow lemons!
