For minced meatballs on skewers, first peel onions and cut into quarters or eighths. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Mix beef mince with 2 tablespoons KUNER Sauce, chili powder, paprika and parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

Briefly water wooden skewers. Shape minced meat into approx. 3 cm balls and put them on the skewers alternately with onion and paprika. Grill on the edge of the hot grill until crispy, turning once carefully.

Serve minced balls on skewers with KUNER Sauce for dipping.
