For the fusilli with zucchini sauce, wash the zucchini, remove the blossom end and stem. Cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds if necessary, and slice.

Heat butter in a small pot and sauté the zucchini pieces in it. Add a little water and cook until tender. Remove from heat and puree with a hand blender. Now stir in the crème fraîche and the finely chopped dill.

Cook the pasta in boiling water to which a few drops of oil have been added until soft. Drain and serve with the zucchini sauce. If desired, sprinkle a tablespoon of mild grated cheese over the fusilli with zucchini sauce.
