For the veal steaks, mix the flour well with salt and pepper and turn the steaks in it. Fry the meat in olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side and keep warm.
Deglaze the drippings with wine and add the sage – reduce slightly, add one lemon sliced and the juice of the second lemon.
Simmer for about a minute. Serve the veal steaks with the sauce poured over them.
