Clean vegetables, peel potatoes. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add diced vegetables, sauté for 2-3 min, pour beef broth until vegetables are covered. When vegetables are cooked, finely chop with a masher.
Fold in sweet whipped cream and bring to the table garnished with a slice of sautéed bacon.
