In a small frying pan, heat the Íl. Add the garlic and roast until it turns a dark golden brown color. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow ovenproof dish. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the fish. Spread the roasted garlic evenly over the fish and marinate the fillets for 45 minutes.
Preheat the stove to 180 °C. Cook the salmon for 12 to 14 min in the middle of the oven. Serve immediately. Serve with parsley potatoes.
