Quick Chocolate Strawberry Cake with Yogurt

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a metal bowl in a hot water bath.

Beat the eggs with the butter in a bowl until foamy, add the sugar and continue to beat until creamy. Stir the liquid chocolate, cocoa powder and flour into the egg-butter-sugar mixture.

Grease a baking tray and dust with flour. Spread the chocolate batter on top and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.

Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone, yogurt and vanilla pudding powder.

Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries or cut them into small pieces.

Carefully spread the vanilla custard on the cooled chocolate cake and spread the strawberries on top of the custard.

Preparation Tip:
