Instructions:

For the potato rösti, peel cooked potatoes and grate with a coarse grater. Heat lard in a pan, fry finely chopped onion until translucent, add potato, salt and pepper.

Cut the meat loaf into small cubes and add to the potatoes. Fry until crispy, turning often. Peel carrots and cut into slices. Cut celery into slices.

Put carrots and celery in a pot with some water, add salt, garden herb cubes and sugar cubes and stew until soft. Season to taste.

Serve both together.
