For the apple pie, knead flour, butter, hazelnuts, powdered sugar, yolks and baking powder into a smooth shortcrust pastry.

Roll out dough onto a baking sheet (or simply press with fingers). Bake at 180°C until light.

In the meantime, peel and grate apples. Beat the snow, add granulated sugar. Spread the grated apples on the pre-baked shortcrust pastry.

Bake the apple pie on the lower rack at the same temperature (until the snow is light brown).
