Prepare Rollgerstl and paprika sauce as described. Season carp fillets well with salt and lemon. Cut into portions as needed and place them in a buttered baking dish or pan. Pour in some fish stock or white wine and cook in the preheated oven at approx. 180-200 °C for approx. 5-6 minutes. Remove from the oven, arrange the bell pepper sauce in warmed plates, place the carp fillets on top and serve with rolled vegetables.
Preparation Tip:
The pieces of carp can also be briefly dredged in handy flour and fried in a pan in not too hot oil until crispy brown on both sides.
