Instructions:

For scalloped turkey, wash and pat turkey and cut into cutlets. Season with salt, herb salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets in it. Place them side by side on a baking tray. Mix onion soup with milk and whipped cream and half of the grated cheese and pour over the fried turkey cutlets.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake/grill in the oven at hot air (180-200 °C) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with rice.

Preparation Tip:

Scalloped turkey can be prepared with any cheese to taste.
