For the strawberry yogurt dessert, melt the butter and crush the butter cookies in a plastic bag until coarse crumbs are formed. Mix butter into crumbs and divide this mixture among five to seven dessert glasses. Put in a cold place.

Clean the strawberries and grate the zest from the lime. Then squeeze the lime. Spread a tablespoonful of strawberry jam on each of the cold crumb bases.

Place nicely cleaned strawberries on top of the jam. (Use about half of the strawberries for this) Mix the two types of yogurt with sugar and add the grated lime zest.

Puree the remaining strawberries. Save some strawberries for decoration. Mix gelatin or agartine according to package directions, using lime juice mixed with water.

Stir this mixture into the yogurt and quickly divide about half of the yogurt mixture among the jars. Add the pureed strawberries to the second half of the yogurt mixture.

Spread this mixture over the yogurt mixture, garnish with a strawberry and refrigerate for half a day.

Preparation Tip:

If you use agartine, it takes longer to gel, so it's best to prepare the day before. For the strawberry yogurt dessert 440 ml preserving jars were used.
