For the strawberry mousse, rinse the strawberries in cold water, drain and pat dry. Remove the blossom end. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Place half of them in a bowl. Sift the powdered sugar over them and add the strawberry lime. Puree everything finely with a blender.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the puree. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the mixture. Loosely mix in the remaining strawberries together with the chopped pistachios. Divide among 4 plates and decorate the strawberry foam with some strawberry lime.
