Wash the strawberries and set aside 6-8 pieces, chop the rest and puree. Pass through a sieve and mix with powdered sugar and lime juice.

Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the strawberry puree. Pour strawberry cream into serving dishes and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Chop the remaining strawberries and halve the biscuits. Layer the strawberry cream with the strawberries and the biscotti in 4 glasses and serve.
