Instructions:

Peel, rinse and grate the potatoes. Stir through with egg, flour and salt. Roast 12 pancakes one after the other in hot oil.

Mix sour cream or crème fraiche and juice of one lemon, season with salt and pepper. Fold in chopped dill.

Serve with pieces of smoked salmon with the pancakes.
