Instructions:

For the potato goulash, first peel the potatoes and dice them about 2 cm. Add to the hot clear soup and let simmer gently for 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Remove the peel from the peppers, cut them into quarters, clean them and cut them into small lozenges or cubes. Remove the peel from the onions and cut them into strips.

Dice the bacon and fry it in a little oil. Sauté the onions in it until translucent. Add peppers, chopped garlic and tomato paste and sauté. Add the tomatoes with juice.
