For the pizza with minced meat, preheat the oven to 220 °C (top/bottom heat). Cut the spring onions into fine rings and the tomatoes into slices.

Mix the minced meat with the tomato paste and the spring onions and season with marjoram, salt and pepper. Spread the finished mixture in a shallow baking dish and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.

Remove the pizza from the oven, top with the tomato slices and spread the mozzarella on top. Place back in the oven again for about 15 minutes – depending on how brown you want it.
