Pizza with Artichoke Hearts

Instructions:

First prepare the pizza dough.

For the topping, drain artichoke hearts. Clean and slice mushrooms. Peel onions and cut into rings. Sauté both in hot olive oil for about 5 minutes.

Line the pizza pans or tray with the dough and top with chunky tomatoes. Season them with salt, pepper and oregano.

Spread salami, mushroom and onion mixture, artichoke hearts and olives on top. Grate mozzarella, mix with provolone cheese. Sprinkle over the pizza.

Bake in preheated oven at 250 °C for about 20 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

Grated cheese can be dosed more sparingly than cheese in slices. Soft cheeses such as mozzarella are poorly suited for grating.
